About the campaign
The "Between the Fines" campaign tackles the normalization and minimization of pruritus in Alagille syndrome patients. Walls are covered with repeating "It's Fine" messaging, subtly conveying the tendency to downplay the severe, chronic itch that dominates patients' daily lives. However, hidden between the "fines" are more impactful messages exposing the debilitating reality. This multilayered visual metaphor humanizes the Alagille experience, encouraging empathy and action. By shedding light on this often-overlooked symptom, the campaign calls for greater understanding and support. Ultimately, "Between the Fines" empowers patients to openly discuss pruritus, driving meaningful change through awareness and empathy.
