About the campaign
This video is near and dear to my heart. I'm thrilled to share the story of Tea and Dr. Bass in this patient-focused video. By placing a real patient living with Alagille syndrome and her doctor in a warm, conversational tea party setting, we aimed to capture the humanity and rapport in their relationship. Tea's casual dialogue with Dr. Bass demonstrates the power of a patient-centered approach - one that views healthcare as a collaborative partnership, not a clinical hierarchy. Our hope is that this video will inspire other Alagille patients to take an active role in their care, while encouraging providers to foster more empathetic, understanding relationships with their patients.
